fixed [TC11.00b7+] "Find Files" ignores "IgnoreLinks" setting

1. Create a directory "test" and a file "dummy" in that directory.
2. Make junction named "test-junction" to "test" directory.
3. Add IgnoreLinks=15 to [Configuration] section in wincmd.ini (or change value if IgnoreLinks is already present there).
4. Restart TC and use Alt+F7 to find dummy file. TC 11.00 beta 7 and 8 will show both locations - test\dummy and test-junction\dummy. Older TC versions obey IgnoreLinks setting and show only test\dummy.
It's probably related to that change:

Some bugs were fixed in beta 8, but not all.
