Dark mode with win7 check

Since it's impossible to do normal scrollbars in dark mode on win 7, maybe it's worth then check winver and not rendering them at all?

Well, TC can to a certain degree show Dark theme scrollbars: https://tcmd.madsenworld.dk/darkscrollbars.png

But it is correct that if you drag the scroolbar slider it temporarily looses it's dark theming. Same thing when you change directory - then the dark theme is also lost for a split second.

If you scroll with the mouse wheel the scrollbar keeps it's dark theme almost all the time.

In my case the scrollbar stays normal only when scrolling with mouse and reaching the end of the list. Just make any small move (move focus) out of the scrollbar with mouse and the scrollbar will get dark.

The same here, but there can also be little blinks when scrolling fast with the mouse.
