[BUG]11RC3 The Version is to long for the Nag-Screen

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

So I stumbled upon this one by accident:

#1 there are to many "spaces" between "Version" and "RCx"
#2 the C is cut off and you cant see the number

That's known problem since any 10.x Beta/RC versions.
I don't think that developer will change that anywhen.

Indeed it's only a problem for the release candidates, it will not be a problem for the final version.
