Can't Rename File in data files

Hello, I'm trying to rename a file in /storage/emulated/0/Android/data but when I do so it always gives me a "Rename failed!" error. Ive given all the permissions for the app that I know of and it still happens with any file in there.

Sorry but you can't rename files or folders there on Android 13 and newer. Google has completely locked down this folder, and it's only possible to access subfolders of it by granting access to the app for each subfolder separately. Trying to grant access to the data folder itself is prohibited.
