cm_EditPath as hotkey not working

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

cm_EditPath as hotkey not working

After upgrading from 10.52 to 11.00 my custom hotkey mapping of Alt+D => cm_EditPath nolonger works.
I downgraded to 10.52 and it works again.
I'm using Windows x64 version on Windows 11

Works here without problems.

No problem here either. Tried with a fresh wincmd.ini.

Works here without problems.

What is defined in wincmd.ini in the [Shortcuts] section for cm_EditPath?
