solved [TC 11.02rc5] Alt+Space does not work in BTM

I recently learned that the position and size of the Background Transfer Manager can be saved by clicking the Title bar icon of the dialog.

Usually the options menu for a window can also be opened by pressing Alt+Spase - but it does currently not work in the BTM dialog.

I looked back,and found that it stopped working in TC 1100 final - probably due to this fix:

27.07.23 Fixed: Background transfer manager: Prevent beep when pressing Alt+"+" or Alt+"-" by handling WM_SYSCHAR (32/64)

Confirmed - it's getting eaten by the handler of WM_SYSCHAR which is used to handle alt+underlined letter in that dialog. I will add an extra handler for Alt+Space.

This should be fixed in RC6, please test it!

Tested OK using TC 11.02rc6 32-bit and 64-bit under Windows 11 Pro 23H2.
