Generally, TC's help pages explain all buttons of a dialog, including the Help button. But information about the Help button is missing on the help page "Dialog box: Connect to FTP server".

That the "help pages explain all buttons of a dialog" is not a must. It is ghisler(author) choice to do so or not. So it is not a bug. And if you want to have it, make a suggestion.

Sorry, I don't think that it's really necessary to explain the Help button everywhere. That's just unnecessary work I can spend on more important things.
