What is a "neighber" ?

If you connect your phone to the computer with a usb cable and accept the phones question of allowing to access all files (it is different from phone to phone how that works, some phones pop up with a window asking to access the data, in some phones you have to swipe down from the top and chose whether you want to see all files or just pictures) - then you can see your phone as drive U1

You could use my WiFi plugin to access the Android device via a drive letter. To do this, select the folders you want to share by selecting them in Total Commander for Android, then click on the copy button (second from the left in lower toolbar). Choose "via WiFi". It will ask you to install the plugin if you don't already have it. Now on Windows, choose menu
Net - Network connections
in Total Commander for Windows, then enter the URL displayed in the WiFi plugin in the "Folder" field and choose a drive letter.

Important: The URL will change every few days for security reasons (the 4 digits at the end are the pin code). If you want a fixed URL, you need to click on the cog wheel in the WiFi plugin and set a user name and password. The URL to use will be different, the last 4 digits will always be 8888 then.

You can access the phone in the Network neighborhood with the Media Audio 2 plugin: https://plugins.ghisler.com/fsplugins/wpdplug.zip
