I will remove it from RC2 installer (but not remove it from existing installations, so the uninstaller will still remove it).
For the link to the UPX file, I prefer not to put it on the download page, so people don't accidentally download it and then complain that it doesn't work. Maybe just announce it in the forum?

Confirmed that SIZE.TXT is removed from TC 11.03rc2
