Dialog - Close all inactive tabs

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Dialog - Close all inactive tabs

Post by *Amitabha613 »

In the 'Close all inactive tabs' dialog the ESC button does not work!

It's necessary to click on No to close the dialog.

The bug is in the latest 11.03 RC5, 10.51 (all 64) and 11.01 (32)

Not a critical issue, but still. All the other dialogs (copy, move, delete files, etc) can be closed with the ESC button.

That's a misfeature of Windows: When a message box only has "Yes" and "No" buttons, but no "Cancel" button, then ESC doesn't work. That's why I'm using Yes-No-Cancel in some places although it doesn't really make much sense.

Currently I have no plans to change this specific dialog to Yes-No-Cancel.

Wow, that's actually quite educational!

Been a Windows user since Windows 95, but that's never occured to me until now. Thanks a lot.
