Das ist normal bei neuen Files und kann im Firefox ohne Probleme ignoriert werden.
Mit der aktuelle Firefox Version habe ich aktuell kein Problem damit.

You clicked on the insecure http link. These are there for old Windows versions which can't handle the new "Let's encrypt" certificates. Please use the https download links.

Yes, https links work fine.

So everything that comes from http seems to be dangerous right from the start...

No, not really - but modern browsers refuse to download a file via http when you access the site via https (security downgrade). A http download from a http server works fine.
