Open wt.exe via TC-command line in current folder

Post by *koger »

When I type cmd in the bottom textbox and press enter, I get a command prompt in the current path.
I can't remember if I have made some changes to TotalCmd or if this is default behaviour.
I would like the thing to happend when I run wt (wt.exe)

This is the default behavior. You type cmd and cmd is launched.

Not sure I understand. You type cmd, cmd is launched. You type wt, wt is launched.

The default behavior of a cmd Window can be changed on Windows.
One can select that always the new Terminal is opened.
Windows 11 Home x64 Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3527)
TC 11.03 x64 / x86
Everything 1.5.0.1373a (x64), Everything Toolbar 1.3.3, Listary Pro 6.3.0.73
QAP 11.6.3.2 x64

koger,
TC always starts program in the currently active path. A program can override that, and in WT it's under Settings - Defaults - Starting directory.
