No bug [TC 11.03] Sync dialog does not sort by name the same way the file panel does

During testing this; https://ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=452296#p452296 I noticed that the Sync tool does not sort by naem the same way as the file panel sorts by name.

Example:
These files:
Gel üN.BMP
Gel üN.HRX
Gel üN.JPG
Gel üN farbe.JPG

are sorted as shown in TC's file panel with Name sorting activated (no matter what sort method that is configured in "Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Display" -> "File display" -> "Sort method".).


The Syn tool sorts the files this way.
Gel üN farbe.JPG
Gel üN.BMP
Gel üN.HRX
Gel üN.JPG

which is the same way the file panel is sorted when you choose "Unsorted" (Ctrl+F7) on an NTFS partition.

I would expect the Sync tool to sort the same way as the file panel when Name sorting is chosen in the file panel.

The sync tool sorts differently because it has to take subdirectories into account. I can't use the same functions as for the main program because some like "natural sorting" return "no difference" for some name combinations, e.g. they ignore certain characters.
