I am using TC for Android version 3.50 on a Samsung S22 running Adroid 14 / UI 6.0.
I have tried to change the dates of many files via the property dialog, and never get any error message, but it never works.
The files are all files in non system folders that I created, either images or text files.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Thank you

Re: Can't change file dates via properties dialog
Did you use "Add custom location" in the home folder to go to these folders? These would add virtual folders, where you can't change the date. Try going there via the top entry /storage/emulated/0, it should work there.

Re: Can't change file dates via properties dialog
OK ..... that worked .... but my main goal is still not realized. I wanted to change the dates of images so as they'd appear at the start of "most recent images" when I go to post images on some other website. I'm guessing there are different types of date stamps (created, last modified, ... ?), and your app is not changing the one this websites app uses.
Any suggestions ?
