While you could use wireless debugging and the ADB plugin for this, it's probably a lot easier to just use an app to set up a temporary FTP server on your phone.

You can try https://f-droid.org/en/packages/org.primftpd/ for example, or a file manager that has a built-in FTP server, like https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.amaze.filemanager/

Or use my Wifi transfer plugin to create a WebDAV server, and either access it via WebDAV plugin, or by mounting it as a drive with a drive letter.
