Because VPN of my company blocked port 445, I forward a custom port to port 445. Although some other apps support costom port, but I really hope total commander can do this.

Yes, the LAN plugin supports custom ports! Have a look at the examples by clicking on '?' behind the address field. In short, you need to put a colon in front and behind the server name or ip address when there is no domain, e.g.
:mysampleservername.com:445
:mysampleservername.com:445
