[BUG] TCMD 6.52 - tcmd refresh bug

tcmd do not refreshes after opening unaccessable video file with lister

OS: Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1
FS: NTFS
Program version: Total Commander 6.52

How to reproduce a bug:
1. Open a video-file (with *.avi extension) which is not allowed to read (for example with NTFS "deny read" access permission) with lister (using F3)
Blank Lister window appears. "File not found" warning appears.
2. Click "OK".
Blank Lister window DOES NOT dissapear.
File pannels and top menu does not refresh on the fly. We need to minimize and maximize tcmd to refresh them.
