Gridlines

Does anybody knows, if the gridlines will be implemented in new version? I think it could be very useful, using with custom culumns.

I searched for gridlines but couldn't find a statement from Ghisler. I just read something about alternate line colors. Could you give me link please?

Well, there seems to be no definitive answer indeed...

I found a relatively positive answer of Christian about horizintal grid lines here:

Here he is saying it is planned for TC 7, but it is not clear if it's the alternate line colors or grid lines or both...:

It's alternative line colors at this moment. It looks very good when the alternate color is only slightly different (e.g. white and very light gray).

I'm sure Mr. Ghisler means #FFFFFF vs #F0F0F0 in alternate rows. It should look awesome.

Yes configurable please. Opera is driving me crazy trying to make certain aspects of its interface even legible (when using a black 3D Windows colour). Since a number of colours it appears to create on its own, based on a completely unrelated Windows color. Plus harcoded "black" text in too many places. Almost bad enough to send me over to the Firefox camp.

And trudging thru an Opera skin file to try and figure out how to change a color is the biggest crock I've experienced of late.
