v7 menu file and commented history

Post by *pdavit »

Get the updated full history file with comments about v7 to solve some
mistery and also my updated menu file which includes all new internal
commands here:

Commented history file:
http://www.drivehq.com/file/df.aspx/publish/pdavit/PublicFolder/FullTCHistory_Commented.txt

Custom menu file:
http://www.drivehq.com/file/df.aspx/publish/pdavit/PublicFolder/TCExtMenu.mnu

Note that both "projects" are not complete as TC v7 is not final yet.

Enjoy!

Thanks!

One comment. Near the 6.54pb1 you wrote:

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME CHRISTIAN RELEASES A PUBLIC BETA

But what about TC 6.02 beta 3 and 6.01 beta 2 which were also public betas (though they did not include the word "public" in their names)?

Panos,
Note also that because of the aforementioned situation
you will not find any reference of v6.55 being released in the history file of v7 or newer.
I made sure it was there, and it is there. 8) ;)

P.S.: Perhaps you'd like to provide my WhatIChanged.txt file aswell.
Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

@pdavit:
If you put your stuff in wwwhome directory, you can offer direct download.

Thanks for the update, I thought you were dead. ;)

Nice work! Wouldn't this be ideal for the Wiki? This way, other people could integrate their comments directly.

It was missing for the first couple alpha releases when v6.55 was out. Not your fault. I will update. Thanks!

I thought of keeping a history file for changes to the history file but then
I never tend to pre-release it so users don't get to see the progress.

I made an exception here since the release of v7 was a bit dramatic with
concurrent releases and the like so I wanted to aid user catch up quickly.

I'm dead inside because of a recent breakup with my girlfriend but my love for TC will last forever! :D

Thanks for the kind words! The Wiki! I totally forgot about it with the development of v7. You might be aware of this work now but it was active even before the Wiki. Anyway when I have some time I will investigate.
