Several crashes

Post by *mad.and.insane »

Hello,

I've just compiled a DLL using cygwin and gcc, when I presses first 'View', TC disappeared (crashed). Restarted, and I was abled to view the fileinfo.

Afterwards I went to my cygwin-folder, and pressed F3 again on cygwin.dll. TC disappeared again, and this time it can be repeated. Maybe a bug?

If you want I can mail you the dll, although it's quite big (about 420kB), and you can try yourself...

btw: this is not the only file that made tc crash, but in most cases the second time I view the same file fileinfo works. strange, isn't it?

Best regards
m'n'i

Hello m'n'i

which version are you using? last is 2.05.

In the past, fileinfo crashed with some dll from cygwin but most of problems was resolve since version 2.03.
Please could you send me by mail all dll crashing TC, (dont worry for the size) address is at end of readme.txt.

and continue to report bugs to improve fileinfo, Thanks.

Hmm, FurtuneCity has deleted the file for some reason. I have uploaded it again, additionally compressed by ZIP - let's see if it helps.

Downloaded fileinfo207.zip via your link. Plugman says it's 2.06. So does your website. Whazzup?
