Don't you know what is WMFallowed key in wincmd.ini's [configuration] section for?

Implementation

You don't expect Ghisler to write his own graphics processing libraries, do you? So you suppose he is gonna use something already written? So he oughtta find such libraries, make sure they are not buggy (how? only checking by himself - much time), make sure that those libraries support as many formats as users would be satisfied with.
Then how to add the functionality? Like in the screenshot: one picture per panel? Per tab? Or maybe only one background picture? If something from the above is implemented, then someone (I'm sure) will ask to implement other ways soon.
