You may unpack archive manually. So you won't see this blue background. :D

Once unpacked, look at the INF, it needs the "auto" line to be 1. AFAIK you should be able to repack the whole thing with WinRar or 7zip - you need to indicate their unpack options to "run the inf" -- or pretty much any installer with silent options.

It is not necessary to pack modified distributive back to SFX archive. Just leave a folder and start Install.exe from it.
Or (once too) unpack Install.cab from SFX to any folder and move files from folder e (if you wanna English help) of d (if you wanna German help) one level up and remove folders e, d, Windows. That's all, now you have portable TC folder, just pack this folder to SFX and enjoy installation w/o blue screen.
