The problem has already been discussed here, but mainly concerning WinRAR. The problem is that Windows x64 emulates for 32-bit application a 32-bit environment. So, Explorer shows one set of context menu extensions (64-bit ones), and TC shows another set (32-bit). That's the source of the problem.
