Before I can help you further I need to know your Windows version and whether it is 32bit or 64bit and the same about your Totalcommander version. And maybe what your native language is...
I am running Windows 7 64 bit and I have both version of TC 32,64 installed. English

OK - then go to http://www.totalcmd.net/directory/lang.html and and click on the link: Extended English Menus for TC 8.0 64bit - Windows 7 64bit version - 8.01

Now go dow to the bottom of the page and click the link Download (x64)

After you have downloaded the file tc801_win7amd64_eng.zip you start TC 64bit. Thereafter you navigate to the file tc801_win7amd64_eng.zip (by default Windows 7 downloads files to the folder C:\Users\yourUserName\Downloads). Now you simply press Enter (or double click) on the file tc801_win7amd64_eng.zip. TC will ask if you want to install the package - you answer yes to this. If you are not logged in as administrator on Windows, or if you installed TC in C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86), then TC will say "Access denied" - then click on the "As administrator" button to proceed.

After installation you will notice that TC's menu has many more Items.

If you want to go back to the standard menu you click "Preferences" -> "Configuration..." -> "Language" - and simply choose "English".

To use the extended menu again you do the same, but choose "English with extended menu for TC 8 under Win 7 64bit".

To install the menus for TC 8 32bit version you do the same but now from the page Extended English Menus for TC 8.0 32bit - Windows 7 64bit version - 8.01

Hereafter the next steps depends on whether you have installed the 32bit and the 64bit version of TC in the same directory sharing the same configuration file or if you have installed the two versions separately?

It look good, but I only install 64 bit version and it showing up in the 32 bit. I guess they share the same folder. Would it be better to make two folders 64 and 32.
Thanks again

Not all the menu items will work when you use the 64bit version of the menu in TC 32bit.

I suggest that you do the following:
Install Extended English Menus for TC 8.0 32bit - Windows 7 64bit version - 8.01 also.

Go to "Preferences" -> "Configuration..." -> "Language". In the field "Main menu file:" it will now show wcmd_win7x86_1_eng.mnu - change that to wcmd_win7%PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE%_1_eng.mnu and press OK.

TC will now automatically choose the correct version of the menu no matter whether you use TC 64bit or TC 32bit. Note, that if you change the language and later want to use the extended menu again, you will have to make the manual change to wcmd_win7%PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE%_1_eng.mnu once again.
