Sorry, I don't know the registry location. I meant that you change this:
Digits are 0123456789
to something else, click Apply, and then change it back to 0123456789.

How funny it may sound, but after doing that, I do not need this AlignNumberFix=0 anymore

Uninitialized variable somewhere, or?

Yes, probably something set incorrectly in the registry, so when TC tried to check for the used digits, it got garbage back...
