[11.55RC5] Strange behavior with Everything (auto folder sizes)

I found a better solution for RC6: I don't turn off the function to check the presence of Everything,
I just turn off the function which tries to start the Everything executable if that fails once.
This way it should work again when the user restarts Everything.

11.06.25 Fixed: When using the tool 'Everything' to get directory sizes, do not disable when 'Everything' not running.
                        Instead, just stop trying to restart 'Everything' (32/64)

The above changes apply to test case 2 and 3. ...

... Total Commander doesn't check every time you change directories whether 'Everything' is enabled or not.
     It does this the first time, and then continues to use 'Everything' until it's not responding any more.

In test case 2 and 3, it can be seen that the file sizes are calculated again after each restart of Everything.
This is a major improvement! Thank you!

Note:
- Everything EXITED    = NO directory size calculation in Total Commander possible with Everything.
                                    The display of directory sizes in TC is removed when changing directories.

- Everything RUNNING = (only then) directory size calculation with Everything in Total Commander possible.
                                    The display of directory sizes is started in TC after clicking the “Apply” button
                                    in the “Configuration” window or when changing directories for the first time.

This was already possible before (i.e., 'Everything' RUNNING),
but with the change in program logic, this procedure has now been optimized
for those users who, when using 'Everything' in TC to calculate directory sizes,
exit 'Everything' [temporarily].

b) 'Everything' ; Reason: 'Everything': Automatic, only with 'Everything' ... already displays the folder sizes!
c) Automatic, only with 'Everything'
d) ; wincmd.ini [Configuration] Everything=C:\Everything\Everything64.exe -startup
e) wincmd.ini [Configuration] UseEverything=1

Test 1: Settings in Everything 1.5.0.1394a (x64) - 10.6.2025

- 'Everything Service' has the status “Running”
-  Everything.ini ... stop_service_on_exit=1
- 'Everything' Options - 1.5.0.1394a (x64) > Indexes > Index folder size

Test 1: OK

- Everything 1.5.0.1394a (x64) is running and the Everything Service has the status “Running”
- Navigate through various directories (folder sizes can only be determined for indexed directories in Everything)
- OK, Folder sizes are displayed
- Exit Everything 1.5.0.1394a (x64) completely
- Navigate through various directories
- OK, Folder sizes are NOT displayed
- Start Everything 1.5.0.1394a (x64)
- OK, Folder sizes are displayed again

In my opinion, the switch to the new program logic works in TC 11.55RC6,
and for this reason I consider the issue to be “fixed.”
