you do not have to use it in AHK to block that shortcut. All you have to do is for example this:
1. Right-Click on any application icon on desktop (or even in start menu)
2. Open Properties
3. There is line for "Shortcut key": - just assign it there
4. Press Ok and from that moment your short cut is unusable in TC. Instead of that it will start your application, where you just assigned it

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

The same problem with the shortkey: Ctrl+Shift+S was caused by another program: "password agent" in this german thread:
Shortcut funktioniert manchmal, manchmal nicht. (Shortcut didn't work continuous)
