the error is
"Unable to copy file with another base path"

What depth do you set?

is set to default -> 0
but i have tried several depth and only 0 works , i wanted 1 to avoid the drive letter

If there are paths with different drives, then the specified depth is ignored, and a letter with the entire chain is added.
Save the selected list after LOADLIST and Ctrl+A, then publish it here. It's not clear how you still have matching paths there.
