1. An option to make the size and position of UV's window the same at every startup - just like Lister (Options -> Save position) or Imagine (Window -> Save position) or TC itself (
OK: it can be Options dialog, "Advanced" tab, "Misc" group, [x] "Save window position". If you uncheck it UV will behave like Lister and item "Save window position" will appear in Options menu...
2. It would be nice if UV would either recognize ini redirection (RedirectSection=) or at least remember the ini file that I enter in the "Options" -> "Configure plugins..." -> "Add..." -> "Total Commander configuration file".
I thougth about it, but forgot it 2 times. OK.

maybe thats because of the regfile, or is that another story?? And if yes how can I go back to "normal" with the regstuff?

I forgot something: if you see "File Download" MSIE dialog, then this file type is "unknown" for MSIE. So "WebAcceptAllFiles=0" will remove this dialog and file won't open at all.
I don't know how to remove just the dialog.

That's another story

I don't mind IrfanView/XnView integration, but I would like it to be possible also to set the priority to plugins, not just to internal libraries. So I could set the priority to for example: 1. Internal viewer, 2. Plugin viewer, 3. IrfanView/XnView.

Your suggestion seems to imply that either IrfanView OR XnView can be used - why not take it a bit further and make it possible to configure either of the two programs for different extensions? - maybe one is better than the other for certain filetypes?

Peter,

That's good suggestion, can't it be done with current option?

1. If we set in options High plugins prioroty (1), then we can set IView priority to Higher (2) or Lower (3)
2. If we set in options Low plugins priority (3), we can set IView priority to Higher (1) or Lower (2)

Isn';t it enough?
And it's hard to make plugins priority to (2) because of internal implementation.

Is this needed? Users have IView OR XnView, not both of them...

It is hard to say - theoretically there are 6 different combinations.

Maybe the current option for setting plugins priority should be abandoned - then a whole new setting (under Options -> Advanced -> Miscellaneous) called "Viewer priority" could be introduced. The user interface for picking that could be a selectbox (like current Multimedia Mode -> Interface) with the 6 possible kombinations - for example:
int. /plug. /ext.
int. /ext. /plug.
plug. /int. /ext.
plug. /ext. /int.
ext. /plug. /int.
ext. /int. /plug.
Is this needed? Users have IView OR XnView, not both of them...
Are you sure? I have both, and it looks like a lot of the people that write in this forum do too - but maybe they are not representative of the average users?

Not sure. Having both programs is strange, need to think.
