Unfortunately the new version has not fixed, that under Windows 7 it is not possible in the 64bit version (standalone and plugin) to set the Wallpaper via the right-click menu on an image. The 64bit Shell extension can still set the wallpaper.

The last 64bit version where setting the Wallpaper worked under Windows 7, was the 1.0.9 version from October 12th 2012.

Setting the wallpaper works fine in the 32bit version and in the 64bit version under Windows 8.1 and 10.

For interest, I checked the display of your file in IrfanView with my TCIrfanView plugin http://totalcmd.net/plugring/TCIrfanView.html. Everything works fine when the Lcms.dll plugin is enabled in IrfanView.

Last here: 26.01.2022, simply as an Tc user requesting for another user of the Tc forum. Not so far away... Maybe as a teacher nowadays, he isn't interested in imagene anymore.

Please excuse me if I disturb you and bother you with the following question: A user of imagine and especially the plugin for the Tc has a problem with a function. Passing an image to the Windows Wallpager function somehow doesn't work anymore within the 64bit part of the plugin. Is it possible to check this please what the reason of this is? And maybe enable this feature again (because until 2011 it is working)?

The author is also the developer of this other plugin, but sadly it doesn't work, even though latest version to date is pretty recent (April 2022):
