Start Menu Editor and user's em_*** commands

It would be cool if user could add em_*** commands to Start Menu without specifying menu item title, i.e. title should be taken from corresponding em_*** item configuration.
For this, in my opinion, Start Menu Editor should be slightly changed:
1) Add Item dialog should have all the controls that are currently at the bottom of Start Menu Editor itself (i.e. Title, Command, Parameters, Start Path, Shortcut Key, Run Minimized, Run Maximized). If user selects em_*** command, then all other fields are entered automatically from its configuration.
2) Change Title button should be changed to Edit Item (and I would place it between Add Submenu and Delete Item buttons).
3) Controls that are currently at the bottom of Start Menu Editor should always be readonly, just for information purposes, to show selected item info.
P.S. Additional notes:
4) Why Shortcut Key combo is so poor? I think it should be replaced with standard Windows HotKey control instead of feeding it with all possible keyboard combinations. The same applies for very inconvenient hotkey editor in the main Options dialog -> Misc page.
5) Dialog should have resize grip.
