Mock-up of better plugin list dialog

The plugin list dialog is simple, yet can, in my opinion, be improved slightly:

I’ve moved the label to align with the list, added an accelerator, and also increased the vertical distance to five pixels. I’ve also aligned the buttons, and increased the distance between buttons to five pixels.

Might be simpler to specify which TC dialogs have text correctly aligned, as most don't... :wink:

I'm taking the ones that are broken one-by-one as I spot them.

I hope everyone realizes that I'm not doing this to increase Christian's workload, but because I really like Total Commander and I know for a fact that one thing that puts many people off it is that it's interface can be a bit crusty at times. Every little improvement in this area helps the overall feeling people will have towards Total Commander, or at least so goes my reasoning.

Also, I'm betting that two of the other plug-in dialogs use the same one as the one shown in this mock-up, so fixing this one would give us those two for free!
