Create new file (shift+F4) improvements

Hello!
I think the shift+F4 function is very basic and does not fulfill some obvious needs.
Here are some of my thoughts about it.
- TC should focus the newly created file.
- Additional check-box for 'Start default editor with this file' (the checked state should be remembered).
- Support for the same syntax we have in F7 create new dir:

- Support for the same syntax we have in F7 create new dir:
- - new_dir\new_file.txt <- automatically create 'new_dir'
- new_file1.txt|new_file2.txt|more_files.txt <- to create more files in one operation
