[bug?]TC doesn't remember (restore) active panel

If active panel is right, after restarting the left one is always active.

TC normally sets the cursor in the left panel. This has always been like that.
[Configuration]
ActiveRight=1

How about adding into next TC version to Operation->Save on exit option which will allow TC to write ActiveRight itself?
