[Bug] NTFS encryption of treeinfo.wc is gone after rescan

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

[Bug] NTFS encryption of treeinfo.wc is gone after rescan

I use NTFS encryption of the treeinfo.wc. After rescan of the directory tree the encryption is gone. My configuration is

TreeFileLocation=c:\treeinfo_%D%.wc
TC plugins: Autodesk 3ds Max / Inventor / Revit Preview, FileInDir, ImageMetaData (JPG Comment/EXIF/IPTC/XMP), MATLAB MAT-file Viewer, Mover, SetFolderDate, Solid Edge Preview, Zip2Zero and more

Treeinfo.wc is recreated when changed, so all special attributes will be gone.

But the time TC sets treeinfo.wc hidden it should remember the other attributes, too.
