Sluggish mousecursor in DosBox\Panzer General I

TotalCommander 7.01 with DOSBox-0.70 and Panzer General I on Win XP Home.

MouseCursor in PGI performs sluggish when TotalCommander is open and PGI is running in fullscreen (Alt-Enter).

Workaround: Close TotalCommander

A similar problem has already been reported (DOS-Box-Games und TC7.RC2), however, wih no solution other han setting fullscreen=false or quitting TC.

The option "Configuration\Operation\Refresh\Refresh when files..." is not checked in the installation of TotalCommander I am using.

Sorry, I have no idea why TC should be active then - it uses almost no CPU if you don't use the auto-refresh options...
