Right Mous Button "Drag and Drop" Error

Dragging a "BIG" File from desktop to a TC 7.02 Window with right button, then selecting "to move" the file

ends up in :"cannot read the File"

Method works good with smaller files

What do you consider "BIG"?
There's no problem here with a > 920 MB file and TC 7.02a, Win2k SP4.
Tried both dragging to C: (SystemDrive) and D:.
