It looks like this.

The problem is the color of cursor while editing a file name. The cursor color seems to be fixed. Because of this, it's very hard to recognize the position of cursor with some color settings. It will be appreciated if the color of cursor could be adjusted in configruation.

• But it is already adjustable, just look at the Options >> Colors…

I think sheppaul refers to the text cursor, not TCs 'file'-cursor (whose color can indeed be configured in TCs options).

The color of text cursor is a windows system setting and AFAIK this color can't be configured explicitely.

What may help you is to set a higher cursor blinkrate in Control panel > keyboard and/or increse the width of the cursor in Control panel > Accessibility Options > Display

ps. The text color of the cursor can be adjusted if the color of the font and background of an editing line is configurable. By default, it is fixed only to follow the font and background color.
