Problem with FTP upload speed limit behind a proxy

The speed limit in a background transfer window doesn't work when the transfer is an FTP upload with a connection behind a HTTP proxy.
The Pause/Resume button doesn't work neither.

Hmm, this should work - I will check it.

Hey, with the new version 6 the FTP Upload limit in the background transfer manager behind an HTTP proxy works correctly...but...., the pause button cause the limit goes off and continues uploading unlimited instead of making a pause.

I'm very happy that ghisler spent time with these posts, thank you, I known that is one of the reasons that make this program one of the best things in windows.
