However, since I'm testing this on Vmware, there is no AeroGlass effect. It's possible that Tortoise uses a different mechanism on Windows Vista and Windows7 with AeroGlass to send e.g. the icons to the context menu. Can you test if you get this problem also with the Windows Classic theme?
Hi, I tried it on Win7 RTM without the AeroGlass Effect. But the problem remains the same.
But I noticed that calling the context menu on files retrieves the same menu in TC and WinExplorer.
Calling the context menu on folders gets a somewhat crippled menu. only 4 menu items are visible, in comparison to the WinExp menu which contains all entries.

It seems that the menu is not completed, because there is an empty entry at the end, and in comparing the entries, in TC the first 4 items are shown, same order then in the WinExp menu.

I'm using TortoiseSVN 64bit latest version, Win7 RTM and TC 7.5 RC2.

I hope this info helps.

Thanks, checking the menu of a subfolder did the trick! The problem is that the submenu is so huge that it doesn't fit in a single block of data sent by tcmdx64.exe to totalcmd.exe! It will be fixed in the next release.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

The machine where the problem exist is Vista 64 SP1. Unfortunately I don't access to it and won't be able to test the fix :-(

History.txt wrote:03.09.09 Fixed: X64 submenu: Tortoise submenu for folders was shown incompletely
Environment:
- Vista Ultimate x64 SP2
- TortoiseSVN 1.6.5.16974-x64

Bug confirmed using TC7.50RC2.

And fix confirmed in TC7.50 final.
 "x64->TortoiseSVN->" shows 25 entries for folders now.
