64bit extensions in context menu

X64 extensions submenu should be available not only when RMB clicking on directory, but also inside directory, when clicking on [..]. It should then have the same effect as clicking on the same directory from the outside.

This is true when using T.C. 7.55pb1.
Tested on
+ Windows 2003 Std Sp2 64-bit
+ Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit)
