make doubleclick in paths more intuitive

repro:
-------
- hit ALT+F5 to pack a directory
- doubleclick on the filename to change it

- path given:
zip:C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\Minidump.zip

- doubleclick on Minidump selects:
\Minidump.zip

suggestion:
-------------
result of selection on doubleclick should be:
Minidump

justification:
-------------
- path was preselected in tc before
- file extension is selected via packer selection radio buttons on the right

Extreme mousecentric user ;)

Just press ALT+F5 once more to select "Minidump" only.

No mouse needed ...

Repeat pressing the operation default hotkey (e.g F5 if you copying, F6 if you moving, Alt+F5 if you unpack, etc...) will rotate selection as follow:

 Select file name without extension
 Select file name with extension
 Select all

BTW: double click will not help if the file name contains space character
