Copying: allow proceeding on write errors.

I'm copying data from a damaged disk to a new one.
Sometimes I see error like:
And it makes TC stop and wait for my input. And pause the queue.
I guess that there could be a similar problem when copying between different filesystems.
I request an option to proceed on write errors, like on read ones.

Error: Cannot write *******!
Please remove the write protection!
