Ini option for time stamps from archives (& thanks)

Hi Ghisler,
thank you for this wonderful update.
It really shows that you carefully listened to your users and polished a lot of (old) rough edges so that it now makes for an even better user experience (f.e. background processes, dbl-click for folder hotlist etc.). Really well done!
The new feature to copy time stamps of archived folders for me needs an additional ini switch for CopyDirTimeStamp to turn it selectively off while maintaining it for non archived folders.
Reason: When copying folders from archives to target I want to see immediately the new folder on target at top in date sort. Otherwise I will have to hunt for it. Also this way helps to get overview which folders have been added (installed) at which time for later review.
However copy of folders outside of archives is mainly for housekeeping purposes and it is good if old timestamps are maintained.
Please be so kind and if possible add this switch to wincmd.ini before 7.55 final.
