Website: Tool "XSubst" missing

The tool XSubst is only listed on the German toolsite of
www.ghisler.com.
Maybe you can add it to French and English too, because the software offers both languages too.

If I remember correctly, the page was only in German when I added the tool, so English speaking users would have had great difficulties to download it. It seems that they added English now, so I can add a link now.
