TC756a:pluginst.inf,DefaultDir with leading spaces

Leading spaces are stripped from the DefaultDir entry in pluginst.inf. But when DefaultDir contains a path, the path is stripped and remaining leading spaces are left alone.

Example:

DefaultDir= my plugin dir
Total Commander suggests to install the plugin in "my plugin dir" (no leading space).

DefaultDir=path\ my plugin dir
Total Commander suggests to install the plugin in " my plugin dir" (with leading space).
