Background transfer + show all files in all selected folders

Background transfer improvements:
The ability to put a transfer that has gone in to background mode, back in to non background transfer mode.
Additional information on the background transfer window, with transfer speed and file information but still detached from the main window.
Show all files in all folders and sub folders or ctrl+b:
Currently this only works by showing all files within all folders and sub folders with folders showing within the active window.
The request is if you can make it only show all files in all sub folders only for selected or highlighted folders. This way i could select a few folders, press a shortcut like ctrl+b and it shows all files and sub folders within the selected folders.
