I have a SFX file into which I attempt to browse with Ctrl+PgDown shortcut. After 10-15 secs TC crashes.
Maybe it's not even SFX, but I tried other SFX and nonSFX exes and TC either enters or doesn't, it doesn't crash. It only crashes on this one.
It's installer for Mono framework (mono-2.10.6-gtksharp-2.12.11-win32-1.exe). Should be available on this location http://download.mono-project.com/archive/2.10.6/windows-installer/1/mono-2.10.6-gtksharp-2.12.11-win32-1.exe
This is not exclusive to TC 8, it also failed on 7.x so I upgraded to 8. I'm using Windows 7 32bit.
SFX file browsing crashes TC

Do you get a crash report? Can you copy it with Ctrl+C and paste it here?

I don't think http://download.mono-project.com/archive/2.10.6/windows-installer/1/mono-2.10.6-gtksharp-2.12.11-win32-1.exe is an sfx file of any known arhvive program - I cannot open it in TC (and I have a fair amount of packer-plugins), and I cannot open it in neither with Winrar nor 7zip.

@Ghisler, no crash report. In Win7 I get that simple screen "Total Commander has stopped working" with only Debug and Close program buttons. So I checked in VS on another machine and it turns out that MVV was right. It was InstallerExplorer extension that caused the crash.

@Petermad, you were right, it was an installer, not an sfx.
Sorry for false alarm. It would be nice to prevent plugins from crashing TCMD, but I think sandboxing plugins is too much to ask
