Change attributes by WDX plugins and progress bar

Changing attributes by WDX plugins can only be performed in foreground. I suggest to display a progress bar (that walks over the files) if more than one file is affected. Currently, if changing attributes is slow and/or thousands of files are to be changed there is no visual feedback how long it will take. Only a wait cursor is shown which is just not satisfying.

Thank you for consideration! Actually a progress bar with a cancel button would be nice, too.

Can we already expect it in TC8?

I think that TC shouldn't close "Change attributes" dialog until process is finished, it will allow user to see what TC does at this moment (it doesn't hang but it sets attributes, and attributes are to be set). TC should just block all dialog's controls instead of closing it.
Error messages (attribute can't be set etc) should appear above "Change attributes" dialog.
Dialog may have progress bar, e.g. TC may hide button "Load from &file under cursor" and show progress bar instead (this button is not needed after clicking OK).
Button OK should be disabled too after starting to apply attributes, buttons Cancel and Help should be active always (Cancel - to cancel long set attributes process, Help - to display help, it won't hurt).
Instead of progress bar TC may show file/folder name (there is no reason to know objects count to set attributes in such case, also user will see that TC does something and doesn't hang).
