Command to get selected files via WM_COPYDATA

I think it would be useful if TC allowed to fetch not only the file under cursor, but also names of the selected files in source and target panels using WM_COPYDATA.

For instance, edit-redirector tools would be able to switch from LB_* messages to WM_COPYDATA for getting the list of files more reliably and also work correctly in thumbnails mode.

I think it would be great to have command that return WDX-formatted string for specified file too (TC does it already for internal purposes e.g. to display information in columns or tooltips).
